Ocean Education Week
Oceanic Impact, in collaboration with the Milton Public Library, is hosting an Ocean Education Week to inspire community engagement in ocean and freshwater conservation. This family-friendly event will feature interactive, volunteer-run learning booths on topics like ocean noise, plastic pollution, marine animal biology, sustainable seafood, and more.
Local marine and freshwater organizations, researchers, and advocates are also invited to showcase their work, raise awareness on water-related issues, and introduce participants to exciting environmental career paths. Exhibitors will have opportunities to lead presentations or workshops throughout the week.
Join us for a full week of hands-on learning, creativity, and community action where science, education, and the arts come together to protect our waters!
